A Bangladeshi girl hangs on to the side of a train, taken by Tab Tuhin in 2008
This reminds me of when I was 16 years old. My best friend and I use to hop the trains down the road from her house and we would do this. It was SUCH A RUSH!! Everything was moving so fast and so slow all at the same time. Oh to be young and free.
Like for real. I was on the floor about to crack Matt’s back and when I went to push down…..oh my god.
I have had little tear like feelings and minor aches and pain but nothing like this. I cannot even move or laugh. I feel like I need to shower, but I cannot stand straight. Oh my lord I want to diiiiiie!
We took Lillian back to the Gem and Mineral shop this weekend. She got to pick out a few things and the old man who runs the shop let her have this little carved owl. We had a great time! She is a little geologist.
Abram finally had his 5 year well child check! He is 47.7 pounds and 42 inches tall. Doing amazing in all areas! His Dr is my favorite he is all my children’s doctor and we have made a good friendship as well. Today he was asking Abe how he got the boo boo under his eye and Abe told him it was from his Harry Potter wand and he goes “where did you go, Abram I know that invisibility cloak on this afternoon.” So cute!
I know it was yesterday. It was Happy Siblings Day, however everyday I feel that way. The best friend I have ever had has been my brother. He is my rock and I have always been so very thankful for him.He is amazing and the bond we share is like no other.
. “To the outside world, we all grow old. But not to brothers and sisters. We know each other as we always were. We know each other’s hearts. We share private family jokes. We remember family feuds and secrets, family griefs and joys. We live outside the touch of time.”
Sweet Lillian. All four kids have been camped out in our room for the last two weeks because the brand new roof is leaking like crazy. We had to seal off the girl bedrooms|Abram’s room due too mold and fiberglass issues. Its been so awesome to have them in our room during this insane time; we tell spooky stories and talk about our favorite part of our day. We talk about what and who we are thankful for and why. It’s been a blessing in that way. Its so fun to catch up on life with one another.
